Use it like you’d ask a knowledgeable coworker, and don’t be shy about questions you’re not sure it can handle — those are the most useful ones for us. Every gap you find becomes something we fix and improve.
Produce a Scrap Report
The Scrap Report gives you clear visibility into scrap costs and trends, from powder and inserts to complete assemblies. Track daily scrap costs, see which defect codes are driving the most loss, and spot hotspots across machines and shifts. Item rankings show which parts contribute most to scrap, helping you prioritize where to focus improvement efforts.

Bulk Setup Sheet Import
You can now import setup sheets by folder instead of uploading them one at a time. Just match the file name in the folder to the item name in RotoEdge and the import will take care of the rest.
RotoChat Mold Takt Time Audit
A new mold takt audit identifies which molds still carry the default (never measured) takt time, so teams can prioritize which ones need real measurements. Adding accurate mold takt times will increase production timing accuracy in RotoEdge. Just ask RotoChat, “What molds have default takt times?”
